Rachel has extensive experience providing legal and business advice to organizations with complicated and interesting missions, projects, and issues. For 25 years Rachel served as in-house legal counsel in several health insurance companies, at AARP, and at a leading trade association. In addition, she has chaired several boards and enjoys mentoring other people. She earned her Juris Doctor at The Catholic University of America and her BS from Indiana University.
